Crane & Templet offers a parts and labor warranty for 12 months with a few exceptions. The warranty is valid at our facility only. Exceptions are based on product manufacturer warranty limits.

At Crane & Templet, we believe informed customers are happy customers. We want to take this opportunity to offer a word of advice on paid warranties. If your vehicle is nearing the end of its factory warranty, you may see offers for extended warranties and repair contracts. Before you purchase any repair "insurance" or extended warranty, ask the provider to review the EXCLUDED items that aren't covered. This can save you frustration later. It can also save you money if you refuse the plan based on the exclusions.These policies are usually costly and the consumer, more times than not, ends up with an unauthorized claim that results in high (if not full) out-of-pocket costs.

Whenever buying protection, you deserve to know what you're getting and what you're not. Understanding the exclusions will help you answer the question "is this policy actually worth it" and prevent an impulse purchase based on fear. If one provider excludes certain parts or systems, you can shop around for one who includes them and compare prices.
